Recipe Notes

– When the recipe seems a little off, or doesn’t taste as delicious to you as it once did, check to see if you are still enjoying all three ingredients in their proper amounts on a daily basis.  If not, revisit the recipe to see which ingredients need to be more pronounced to keep you satisfied.

– Sometimes not all ingredients are available in your area… either because they are simply not available, or because they don’t thrive in your current location.  Do your best to source your own ingredients… after all, this is YOUR recipe.  You’re the cook of your kitchen!  And if a necessary ingredient is simply not available to you, consider other places where you may be able to access it to your satisfaction… and to the success of your recipe.

– When I mix my ingredients, I like a healthy dose of Purpose up front, followed by pretty much the same amount of Autonomy.  (In my recipe, these two ingredients are combined in equal amounts!)  Mastery is an ingredient that I keep increasing and playing with over time… it adds an evolving richness and delight to the flavor of the dish.  In a way, Purpose and Autonomy are my meat and potatoes, and Mastery is the seasoning that keeps taking the dish to a whole new level.

But that’s just how I like to prepare this dish.  How about you?

(By the way, special thanks go to Daniel Pink  for identifying this dish’s necessary ingredients!)
