From brain power to exposing thinking processes, even to being the “brains” of the organization: as a graphic facilitator, I draw brains to represent all sorts of different ideas. So imagine my delight when someone asked if I could show how to draw some Good Enough brains for one of these tutorials! (Holly, this one’s for you!)
Want to show what you’re thinking? Need a big brain on your project? Why not draw your own? Here are three different ways how to draw a Good Enough brain:
Brains! They aren’t just for zombies any more. I use the side brain version all the time when explaining how the brain receives and processes data into information and knowledge. (You’d be surprised… it comes up a lot in my work!) The animated brain shows up a lot when I’m making brain science accessible to lay people, and the thought space is a good way to show what’s bouncing around in your bean – I mean, brain!
Want to have fun drawing AND inspire others to pick up the pen at the same time? Got something you wish you could draw, but you’re not sure how to approach it? Tweet your drawing or idea to @jeannelking and tag it with #goodenough: it could be featured in an upcoming “how to draw good enough” blog post!
Looking forward to seeing what you draw forth!
