When I started my own business, I felt like a space explorer… exploring strange new networking groups, seeking out new clients and target markets, boldly going where I certainly hadn’t gone before! (Because managing someone else’s business is a whole other world from managing your own, let me tell you!) It was certainly an alien place for me… and perhaps it’s sometimes an alien place for you as well.
