Sometimes it’s easy to forget that the things you use every day may be new to other people.
This was the case for me with planning on the wall. Just the other day, I was speaking with someone about the challenges they were facing with their new business and online media. Their business had the potential to grow in lots of different directions, so what should she focus on with her new website? While we were talking through the problem and gaining some clarity, I grabbed my trusty pack of Stattys and started planning on the wall as I usually do. And the process literally stopped this woman in her tracks: she was fascinated by it, and had never seen anything like it!
So as a thank you for the reminder, here’s a video I put together on how to plan on the wall, using nothing but some sticky notes, a blank surface, a marker… and your brain!
