Being a rainbow in someone else’s (corporate) cloud

I’ve been interviewing folks to join the Big Picture Solutions team lately, and all those conversations have helped me identify something that’s crucial to the composition and attitude of that team:

It’s so important to me, that I whipped up this little reminder to include in our company’s culture guide!
